The British Council organized an All India Inter School Drama Festival at Kolkata to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Rabindra Nath Tagore.

First stage of the competition was submission of script based on any of Tagore’s work.

The best 70 scripts were selected and appreciated by the British Council where in script written by Ms Shreya Agarwal of XI D of DBMS English School based on “Hero” by Rabindra Nath Tagore was selected.
The next stage was the semi final, held in Kolkata on 6th September onwards, wherein the students had to stage the same script and the top 6 schools would honoured at the Final in New Delhi.
