Annual Prize Night, 20th April
We honoured the achievers in the academic field. The rankers of Std. IV - X were given prizes. Subject awards were given to outstanding students of Std. XI. Special Awards were given to the outstanding students of Std. X & XII.
Father's Day Celebrations, 18 June
Fathers of students of Std. VI were invited for the celebrations. They were invited to speak about their school days and how different they were to the present day. This was followed by games in which the fathers participated very enthusiastically. This informal exchange was enjoyed thoroughly by the children and the fathers.
Handwriting Contest, 21 June
Hand writing contest for students of KG-II to Std. VII was organised. Children were awrded the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prizes in each section.
Biz Wiz, 2 July
Biz Wiz - Commerce Quiz for Students of Std. X, XI and XII. The quiz was compiled by the Vice-Principal, Mr. P. K. Sahu and the Quiz Master was Mr. Siddharth Sen. It was an Inter House Quiz. There was a tough fight for the top slot with Red House emerging as winners.
Ms. Smriti Shekhar, Daughter of our Vice-Chairpersons, Mr. & Mrs. B. Chandrashekhar addressed the students.
Fancy Dress Competition, 24 June
The Giants Group organised a Fancy Dress Competition. The topic was “Women Achievers”. This was held at the Rabindra Bhawan.
Alina Hussain of Std. V beautifully dressed up as Rani Laxmi Bai bagged the 2nd Prize while, Aditi of Std. III, dressed up as the Fiery Mamta Banerjee, bagged the 3rd Prize.
The Giants Group also felicitated our Principal Mrs. Rajani Shekhar with an appreciation Award for being the woman icon of Jamshedpur in the field of Education.
