Happy Diwali
The SAFE Club of the school, organized a rally on 26th October, to spread awareness on celebrating a safe Diwali. Around 300 students carried placards with safe Diwali messages and marched in the vicinity of Professional flats and nearby areas. The students of Std 3 carried placards and shouted slogans and went around the school to spread the message.
Special assemblies were held in the Primary and Middle school levels to promote the importance of celebrating Diwali in a safe way.
The little ones of the KG department decorated their classrooms and corridors with colourful posters, paper lanterns and diyas.
All DBMS students pledged that they will support the cause to make Diwali a happy and safe festival.
Children’s Day Mela
The children’s day mela was conducted in the school on 19th November 2016. The school ground wore a festive and carnival like look. Game stalls and food stalls saw a steady stream of little visitors, right from morning till afternoon. All the teachers manned different stalls and ensured that the special day was made more special for the students.
