Weeklong trip to pick up mentoring techniques practised by Asian neighbour.

Two well-known principals of Jamshedpur will visit China next week to pick up new techniques in teaching methods.

The students of KG2 took on the heat with " no books day" on 12th April. They made paper fans and lemonade and chilled out with their friends and teachers.

ATL Innovation Challenge

NITI Aayog, Government of India, organised the Atal Tinkering Laboratories (ATL) – Innovation Challenge, the final round in the selection process for the establishment of Atal Tinkering Laboratories. The ATL Innovation Challenge was held on 5th November 2016 in six cities across the country - New Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Guwahati, Pune and Hyderabad. 595 schools were been shortlisted (from the 13,000 schools that applied) and invited to participate in the challenge.

Annual Sports Day

The Annual Sports Day was held on 10th December 2016 at JRD Sports Complex. The Chief Guest was Mr Satnam Singh, Senior Manager, Tata Football Academy. Colourful drill displays were put up by the students and Green House was adjudged the best house.

The English and Hindi Recitation / Elocution / Declamation contest was held on 28th and 29th November 2016. Students from KG II to Std XII took part in the contest with great enthusiasm.

The participants displayed excellent oratory skills and rendered their chosen piece flawlessly.  The prize distribution ceremony was initiated by the Chairperson Mrs B Neelakantan, Jt Chairperson Board of Trustees Mr & Mrs B Chandrashekhar, Jt Secretary Mrs Meena Mohan, Treasurer Mrs Padma Shiva, and Principal Mrs Rajani Shekhar.
