D. B. M. S. English School has partnered with the Tony Blair Faith Foundation, U.K., under which they are conducting various events. The aim of the foundation is to create a world where religion will not restrict people from reaching out to others. Recently they had a Video Conference on 31st August with City School, Bhitshah, Pakistan. It was an enriching experience for the students of both sides of the border and they have had discussions about their school life, their city and their festivals.

On 21st September, 2012 - D. B. M. S. English School observed “Global Truce Day”. Peace One Day’s Global Truce 2012 campaign is asking the students of the world to stand up for peace on Peace Day - 21st September, 2012 in every country to make history. That mass participation on Peace Day 2012 will be the leverage needed to inspire governments to follow - it will be the key to the success of a day of Global Truce. The Peace One Day organization led the initiative to establish the first ever annual day of global ceasefire and non-violence, unanimously adopted by United Nations member states as 21st September, 2012 - Peace Day.

To commemorate Global Truce Day, D. B. M. S. English School conducted a drawing competition for students of Std. IV and V. Collage was organized for the students of Std. VI & Std. VII. The topic for both the events were “What is your idea for world peace”. Quiz based on U.N. organised for the Students of Std. VIII. The Junior school students were informed about the importance of Global Truce Day in the assembly.
