As per the ICSE Council's requirement, the students are required to study a third language (after English and Hindi) for four years before they appear for the Board Examination in the Std. X. D.B.M.S. offers a choice of four languages to choose from – Sanskrit, Tamil, Bengali and Gurmukhi – when most schools offer just one.
