- The Co-operation of parents is a very important factor in the development of the child. Every parent is expected to take an active interest in the child's academic, physical and cultural activities.
- Parents must ensure that their children prepare lessons regularly. Report cards, test papers, examination papers and all communication in the School Diary must be signed regularly. This will ensure that parents are aware of the child's performance and behaviour throughout the year.
- Attending P.T. meetings to discuss the performance of the child is very essential.
- We seek parental co-operation and expect the parents to be cordial in their dealing at the Registrar's office, Bank extension counter, the Treasurer's office and with all the members of the faculty and the management of the school.
- Non-observance of the above 4 points may lead to the removal of a student from the school.
- Parents may meet the Principal on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12.00 noon and 1.00 p.m. Parents may meet the teachers on school days only by prior appointment mentioning the reason through a note in the P.T. communication pages in the diary.
- Teachers will not be called out of classes if parents come without any appointment. Parents are not to meet teachers in the class room and disturb the teacher while the class is in session.
- Parents are not allowed to meet their children inside the school premises during school hours. They must contact the Registrar's office in case they wish to meet their child.
- Please ensure that your child attends school dressed neatly in proper uniform. This will save them from embarrassment.
- Do not send your child to school if he/she is unwell. A physically unwell child will not be allowed inside the class room.
- The school is not responsible for the loss of personal articles.
- Fee particulars, regulations and instructions regarding payment are mentioned in the fee book.
- For any problem that needs immediate attention contact the Registrar's office.
- Our students and teachers control traffic outside the school before school starts and after dismissal. Please co-operate with them.
