- In D.B.M.S. a common code of conduct is laid down where co-operation, consideration for others, punctuality, courtesy and neatness are stressed upon. We aim at self-discipline rather than a rigid imposition of rules.
- Damage to school property
- Any damage to school property (Furniture, Library books, Lab materials) is considered a serious breach of discipline and will result in heavy penalty.
- Caution deposit may be forfeited in case of any damage to the school property caused by the Plus-Two Students
- Story Books, Magazines, audio/video cassettes must not be brought to the school without the permission of the Principal or Vice Principal.
- The school is not responsible for lost goods. Students must not bring valuable articles to the school.
- Students are not allowed to organise picnics, or excursions and raise subscriptions for get-togethers/parties. They are not allowed to give gifts to the members of the staff.
- Students are not permitted to leave the school during school hours without the Principal's permission.
- Students are warned not to eat from the hawkers who stand around the school gate at dismissal of school.
- In case of a habitual violation of school rules and misconduct a student will be issued three warning notices. If no improvement is shown the student will be suspended from school.
- Senior students are warned not to get involved in any anti-social activities. If such misconduct is brought to the notice of the management, the student will be asked to leave the school.
- A student can be removed from the school if he/she has failed to accept the discipline of the school and his/her continued presence is detrimental to the interest of the other students.
- As the medium of instruction in this school is English, it is compulsory for students to speak in English in the school campus.
- No student is permitted to carry mobile phones to the school.
