The Graduation Ceremony for the outgoing batch of Std XII(2022-23) was organised by DBMS ENGLISH SCHOOL on 3rd April, 2023. It was an evening illuminated by the celebration of the culmination of the academic journey of the outgoing batch at their esteemed institution.

The evening began with the academic procession led by the Principal, Mrs. Rajani Shekhar, the Vice Principal, Mr P.K Sahu a the  Coordinators of the Plus Two and High School Level Mrs. Manisha Bhattacharya and Mrs. Divya Geetha Nair respectively. They were followed by the class teachers and subject teachers of XII A, B, C and D.

The Chief Guest for this solemn occasion was Dr. Sharadendu Narayan, an esteemed Neuro Surgeon associated with Neuro Centre and Meditrina Hospital, Jamshedpur.

After the lighting of the inaugural lamp and the prayer song, our Principal, Mrs. Rajani Shekhar presented her speech highlighting the achievements of the outgoing batch as well as encouraging the students to make an indelible mark in their chosen field, carrying the values instilled by their Alma mater. The Chief Guest in his address inspired the students to keep trying to strive for the best in their careers.

Some of the students expressed their gratitude towards their esteemed institution. This was followed by the giving away of the special awards by the Chief Guest.

The award for the Most Disciplined Outgoing Student was shared by Manav Madia and Abhigyan. Social Services award was shared by Arunima Sarkar, Abhigyan, Shrishti Verma, and Abhijeet Kumar Saraf for their selfless contribution towards the community through their time, action and dedication. Ashna Ghosh and Anurag Majumdar shared the Special Talent Recognition Award. The award for General Knowledge was  bagged by Shlok for his quizzing skills. The trophy for the maximum contribution in Science activities was awarded to Priyansh Panchal. Sujal Kumar bagged the award for Intellectual Brilliance. This was followed by the distribution of Certificates and Mementoes to the outgoing  students.

 Finally, the Academic procession was led out after the School Anthem and the National Anthem were sung. The  proud graduates bid adieu to their Alma mater pledging to carry the values learnt in school.
