DBMS English School hosted a two-day Art and Craft Exhibition, on Monday 29th July and Tuesday 30th July, 2024. The Exhibition was inaugurated by the Members of the School Managing Committee along with the Principal, Mrs. Rajani Shekhar and Vice Principal, Mr. P.K. Sahu.

The exhibition featured an eclectic array of artistic creations made by the students of Std I to VIII, ranging from intricately crafted clay sculptures of vegetables and fruits to innovative exhibits made from recycled materials like nut seeds and bottles. Showcasing India's rich cultural heritage, the traditional Lippan and Warli art forms demonstrated the students' exceptional artistic flair. Additionally, the vibrant torans and wall hangings crafted from wool, jute baskets, and paper dolls added a kaleidoscope of colors to the inspiring display of art. Furthermore, the extensive collection of canvas paintings, characterized by their striking colors and evocative imagery, left the viewers in awe of their beauty.

Parents and students turned up in large numbers to encourage the hard work of the students. The creativity of the budding artists was further enhanced by a gamut of fine arts like music, dance, etc., being performed live at the school auditorium. These performances added an additional appeal to the event. This event reinforced the fact that young minds are like raw, unpolished diamonds, who when nurtured appropriately, can dazzle us with their sheer brilliance and dexterity.
