The Annual Prize Night of DBMS English School for the year 2024-25 was held on 25th April 2025 by the Primary and Middle School.

The special occasion was graced by the presence of the honourable Chief Guest, Mr. Udit Agarwal, Editor and Publisher of Uditvani, Jharkhand. The proceedings of the evening began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest, our Patron, Mrs. Bhanumathi Neelakanthan, the Management Members, our Principal, Mrs. Rajani Shekhar and the *Vice Principal, Mr. P.K. Sahu. This was followed by the academic procession of the rankers. Mrs. Sudha Dutta, the Coordinator of the Primary Level, led the Special Awardees of KG 1 to Std III. Mr. Sourav Mukherjee, Coordinator of the Middle School Level, led the rankers of Std IV to std VII. The Special Awardees of KG I  to VII were led by our Principal, Mrs. Rajani Shekhar and Vice Principal, Mr. P.K  Sahu.

This prestigious moment was followed by a welcome address and a graceful prayer dance devoted to Lord Ganesha.

The Principal's Report was presented by our Principal, Mrs. Rajani Shekhar and then the prizes were given away to the students. The Joint Secretary, Mrs Priya Nagrajan also presented the Secretary's Report.

Then came the much awaited moment. The awards were given away to the students by our Joint Chairpersons, the Management Members, the  Principal, the Vice Principal and the Coordinators.

Several students were recognized for their exceptional performances, including Aranya Das (overcoming odds), Aizah Ali (Best in Std-II), Pronil Bose (Best in Std-III), Sanchay Singh Panoo (Best in Std-IV), Aadrik Ganguly (Best in Std-V), Manraj Singh Bindra (Best in Std-VI), and Ayush Ranjan (Best in Std-VII). Special subject awards were also conferred, highlighting excellence in Mathematics, Sanskrit, Bengali, and Tamil.

Class awards for discipline and maintenance were proudly claimed by Std-I B and Std-I E, respectively.

The evening concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks and the school anthem, marking the end of a truly memorable occasion. Kudos to all the Prize winners, and a special thanks to all the teachers and parents for putting in their best efforts behind the success of these students.
