D.B.M.S English School observed No Tobacco Day on 1st July 2026 with great enthusiasm and a strong commitment to spreading awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco.

The Scouts and student members of the Road Safety Club, under the guidance of the Principal, Mr. P. K. Sahu, the Vice Principal, Ms. Divya Nair, and Scout and Guide teachers Mr. Dhiraj Ranjan and Ms. Latika Mahato, took out an awareness rally in the surrounding areas.

Carrying placards and raising slogans, the students educated members of the public about the ill effects of tobacco consumption and encouraged them to adopt a healthy, tobacco-free lifestyle.

The programme concluded with the message that collective awareness and responsible choices can help build a healthier society. The school reaffirmed its commitment to promoting good health and creating a tobacco-free future.
