2015 is the Golden Jubilee year of D. B. M. S. English School and the school is doing extremely well in both academics as well as co-curricular activities. Our current strength is around 3300 children from KG to Std. XII.
We give merit-cum-need based scholarship to about 140 students every year. However, there are still a number of applicants to whom we are unable to cater. School fees can be raised only upto 15% each year as per the Government norms and a major portion of this is utilised for faculty and staff salary and rest for infrastructure development. During the Silver Jubilee year of the school a special scholarship endowment fund was created from the generous contributions made by stalwarts who had helped to establish the school. We will now be creating a Golden Jubilee Endowment Fund to provide scholarship to deserving students. The sum of Rs. 2 Lakhs donated in the fund will help to educate a student from KG to Std. X.
