Dear Parents,

Welcome to D. B. M. S. Family. Parents whose children have been selected for admission in our school are requested to pay the following fees.

Children Selected for Admission into KG-I 2021-22

KG-I Fees for April, May and June, 2021:

(This amount includes Tuition fees for 1st Quarter, Admission fee and Infrastructure Development Fee.)

Rs. 11,125 + Rs. 8,250 (Infrastructure Development fee) = Rs. 19,375

Payment will be accepted through POS (Debit/Credit Card) in the School’s Treasurer’s Office.

Admission Formalities

Admission formalities should be completed on Tuesday, 19th Jan. 2021, Wednesday, 20th Jan. 2021 and Thursday, 21st Jan. 2021 - as per the details given below:

Those who fail to take admission on the specified dates will not be entertained later.

Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Important

Documents

At the time of admission parents will have to bring the following documents:

• a hardcopy of the admission form which has to be submitted in the office at the time of admission.
• original documents of the following for verification, along with attested copies of the same I.E. (I) birth certificate (ii) aadhar card (if available) (iii) birth slip
• family photograph (postcard size) - 1 no.
• passport size photographs of the child - 2 nos.
• a copy of a report of blood group of the child.

Precautions

Keeping in mind the safety of our parents and the guidelines of government due to covid - 19, only one parent will be allowed inside the premises at the time of admission.

The parent must wear a mask and maintain six feet distance inside the premises.

Please do not bring your ward to school at the time of admission.

Books

For the convenience of the parents books will be issued on Tuesday, 19th January 2021, Wednesday, 20th January 2021 and on Thursday, 21st January 2021 from school book store from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm

Cost of one set of books: Rs. 1,740

To get books please produce fee book at the book store counter and pay by debit card or credit card.

School Uniforms

School uniforms can be obtained from:

1. M/s Tanzeb, at Bistupur Market, Jamshedpur and at Shoppers Square, Sakchi, Jamshedpur.
2. M/s. Uniform House, Milkhiram Market, Sakchi, Jamshedpur.
3. M/s. Dress Well, B/2, Tulsi Bhawan, Bistupur, Jamshedpur.
4. M/s. Agarwal Uniforms, 33-Kamani Center, Bistupur, Jamshedpur.
5. M/s. Agarwal Uniforms, Shop No. 6, Manglam Tower, Gamharia, Jamshedpur.

The order should be placed for a minimum of 2 Pairs of uniform.

Commencement of the New Session (2021-2022)

The tentative date for the First Day of School for KG-I students is Thursday, 1st April 2021. Details will be communicated to you later (as soon as we receive official permission from the Government). Before the commencement of the classes, an Orientation Meeting for parents will be conducted about which you will be intimated through SMS as well as Whatsapp.

Kindly ensure that you provide an active Mobile Number and an active Whatsapp Number at the office during the admission process, so that you may receive SMS and Whatsapp Messages.
